On Friday, 31 March, 2017, the Gallery will be open to the public from 2 pm due to technical reasons. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Tickets can be purchased on this website with bank card.
Opening hours are divided into slots of one hour and you are supposed to choose the exact date and time slot to visit the exhibition. The ticket entitles you to enter the museum at any time within the selected time slot.
Please note that the owner of the ticket can enter the museum at any time during the chosen time slot and can stay there as long as he/she wishes, up until closing time. The beginning and ending of a time slot thus indicates the possible time of entry and not its duration.
If the selected time slot seems not to be suitable for you to visit the exhibition you can exchange the tickets to another time slot. To complete this log in on the website and click on the menu My purchases and then select the Details of the purchase and finally click on Exchange tickets.
Buying online tickets for the exhibition implies you will need to print your ticket for yourself. (If you do not have a printer connected to your computer at the moment of the purchase you can print your ticket afterwards as well. In this case you will need to know your customer ID and password. Or you can note down the additional code that will appear on the screen along with the bar code following the payment and provide it when entering the museum. Please make sure you note down the additional code correctly.) The bar code (or additional code) will be checked at the entrance and after that the ticket cannot be used any more.
If you need an invoice you can get it at the office of Jegymester Kft. (1065 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 31, 1st floor) weekdays from 10am to 4pm.
